Insole material
For the production of all types of insoles with a hardness of 10 to 40 Shore and a density of 0.22 to 0.32 g / cm3
Sole
Polyester systems
For the production of soles for sandal and flexible men's and women's shoes with excellent physical and mechanical resistance parameters, with a hardness of 45 to 85 Shore A and a density of 0.40 to 0.65 g / cm3
Solid / semi-solid systems
For the production of soles for sandals, wedge shoes for women, with a hardness of 55 to 75 Shore A and a density of 0.24 to 0.40 g / cm3. For special requests, it is possible to make a system for a hard sole with a hardness of 85-95 Shore A.
Intermediate systems
For the production of flexible, soft and light soles for everyday, sports shoes /, with a hardness of 40 to 60 Shore A and a density of 0.35 to 0.55 g / cm3. The system provides excellent damage resistance as well as maximum comfort.
Super-light
For the production of extra-light insoles with a hardness of 35 to 45 Shore A and a density of 0.22 to 0.34 g / cm3. These systems are especially suitable for sports insoles in combination with compact PU, TPU or rubber protectors. The increased flexibility of these systems provides excellent resistance to compression deformation. Systems for the production of pool / beach sandals are also available.
High quality systems
Systems with medium and high molecular weight for the production of soles with optimal durability against repeated flexing at high and low temperatures with a hardness of 50 to 60 Shore A and a density of 0.45 to 0.65 g / cm3. The systems are suitable for the production of special footwear, trekking footwear or any other footwear where high flexural strength and moisture resistance are required.
